One last summer bonding opportunity

What to do if your child doesn’t share much about themselves.

We all have different ways of bonding with our children...

Whether it's cheering them on at their soccer games, going on shopping sprees together, or simply enjoying quality time on family vacations.

But the most meaningful bonding experiences have one thing in common:

They allow us to talk openly and connect with our children.

For example, I have different activities for my son and daughter. When my youngest gets older, I will plan similar ones for her too.

With my son, we like to go on hikes or I keep him company while he mountain bikes.

With my daughter, we enjoy dessert outings and afternoon tea in nice places.

Each time, I walk away with a better understanding of who they are, their current challenges, and their dreams.

But I don’t limit us to just comfortable, familiar activities.

I also try activities that reveal how they see themselves and handle different situations.

When I developed the masterclasses for the College Admissions Academy, I included these activities so you can try them too.
