Here’s an easy “hack” that will help you influence your child’s habits:

Build a (somewhat) similar habit for yourself, and let them copy you.

They may seem to stop listening to what we say the older they get, but fortunately, they are still learning from us by observing our actions.

Of course, it is easier to instill healthy habits from an early age, but it can always be done.

I see this all the time in how families approach college admissions.
